CARTRIDGE COLLECTORS

These extremely efficiencient Cartridge Collectors are available in a wide range of sizes from 92m² to 2944m².

Its unique modular construction means the collector can grow with your dust collection requirements by adding others modules at the side of your existing collector.

EFC 1-1, 2-2 & 3-3

Completely self-contained units, these are exceptional collectors that you can just plug in and turn on. The mini-footprint design takes up minimum space. Easy to move, extremely quiet, they will fit through standard aisles and doorways.

Each EFC 1-1, 2-2 and 3-3 is packaged with a controls, silencer, power pack, dust container and damper.

* Model Numbers: The first number indicates number of filter rows and the second number indicates number of cartridges.

EFC 2-4 through to 4-128

Superb collectors in 23 standard models, up to units with 4 rows of 128 cartridges. Custom sizes can also be built to your requirements.

The extremely compact EFC 2-4 to 4-128 are designed to give the highest energy savings and are available with a variety of options and accessories.

EFC 3-6

The EFC 3-6 has an in-built fire detection system with Co2 discharge once the a fire is detected by the heat probe. Ideal for laser cutters and plasma cutters.

The noise of the collector is only 77DBA @ one meter.

EFS

The EFS Silovent is available in 3 sizes: 15, 20 and 28m². Also available in anti-static and stainless steel construction.

ED 486

The ED 486 is available in stainless steel or powder coated mild steel construction. Filters are available in a full range of media to complement any specific task.

EFCV

The EFCV unit is available in two different versions, 26m² or 52m², depending on the product being filtered and filter type required.

DVB 5000

The DVB 5000 is a down velocity bench, extracting a volume of 5000m³/ Hr. This is a plug and go unit which just requires 20amp 3 phase power and compressed air for the reverse pulse.

ECR

Each individual ECR collector can handle 5000-6000m³/Hr. The units can be supplied with our 3 metre high booth for powder coating or sanding. The ECR is a reverse pulse collector with built in starter and fan.

The ECR can be sold in a collection of one to eight modules. This model pictured is an ECR 5 without the booth.

Contaminated air enters via the front louvre door and is filtered through the filters, and returned into the room via the top opening. This unit is perfect for air-conditioned spaces.
